"(Updated) - I dislike this place from their disregard of my needs and wants. I will not do business from here again. (Updated Response to Joe) - I had cancelled my policy for over a week and I had to continue blocking the charges y'all were continuing to make after I sent several screen shots of y'all not having cancelled my policy that I never once used I might add. That's called fraud and bad business. Maybe we should investigate if you treat all your clients this way. All you did for the last week and a half was try to be a thief in my life and then tried to act innocent about it on here as well like you didn't know ... Bad bad bad business Joe. I told Emily and Holly and so that's your people Joe. That's on you and your license and the way you do business. You tried to put a cancellation on me after I said how many times? If you'd like I will upload every screenshot of the entire conversation between you all if you would like the entire public to see it as well? Say something other than I'll handle it and that's what'll happen. Saying nothing at all would be better for you though. It is your right as an American after all. 👍"

"Holly Owens at State Farm is such a professional. She's highly responsive and gets policies quoted and contracted faster than my old agency at a competing company would open an email.
